Welcome to FamilyCab. By accessing our website and utilizing our cab booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking Policy
Reservations can be made online, via our app, or through customer support. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of booking confirmation details and applicable advances.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may cancel their bookings according to our cancellation policy. Refunds for advance payments will be processed within 5-7 business days, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must ensure they are ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in additional charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
FamilyCab is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
